More than four years into Russia’s war on Ukraine, the strategic landscape is shifting. Increased military and financial support from partner nations, combined with Ukraine’s emergence as a leader in modern warfare—particularly in drone innovation—are contributing to what many analysts describe as a turning tide.

This year, we are introducing a new format for the Fall Forum. The program will include lunch, facilitated small‑group discussions at each table, remarks from our keynote speaker, and a moderated Q&A session for $75 per person.

We are honored to welcome Ambassador William Taylor, former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, as our keynote speaker for this special event. This session is designed to complement our October 30, 2026 Distinguished Speaker Series event, where Ambassador Kurt Volker will examine Russia’s war in Ukraine and the prospects for its conclusion.
